DataCap Allocators
FIDL operates two Allocators as well as an Experimental Metaallocator - providing simple, efficient and compliant DataCap allocation.
Peer-to-Pool
Peer-to-Pool is our market design work for bringing paid, on-chain PoRep storage into Filecoin in a way that is scalable and measurable. The goal is to make it easier for clients and on-ramps to route demand to providers that deliver verifiable storage, while supporting governance controls and regional policy needs.
SLA Measurements
SLA Measurements are how Fil+ evolves from “storage happened” to “service quality is observable.” We support on-chain SLA registration, off-chain measurements (retrievability, bandwidth, latency), and repeatable scoring that can be used in dashboards and automation.
Commons Datasets
In Filecoin, we don't only provide Storage Network. We are the infrastructure for Humanities Information, and FIDL maintains a The Open Access Data Standard and Directory for those Datasets.

Filecoin Plus (Fil+)
Filecoin Plus (Fil+) is a program aimed at prioritizing the storage of data on the Filecoin network that is aligned with the network goals. Fil+ incentivises Storage Providers and Clients by providing a multiplier on BlockRewards.
DataCap
Participants in Fil+ receive DataCap, a resource that allows them to store data with additional incentives. Storage Providers that work with clients using DataCap are eligible for enhanced block rewards, ensuring that data is securely and efficiently stored.
Allocators
Allocators are designed to distribute DataCap, enabling community members with the interest, ideas, and resources to design and operate their unique mechanisms for allocating DataCap. This approach aims to address the evolving needs of the ecosystem by allowing the creation of diverse allocator pathways, thus promoting adaptability, scalability, and efficiency in data storage and access.
